Get an account on US-based exchange
Do your verification (KYC)
Provide identity, address, etc.
Deposit USD
Link bank account, or use debit/credit card. ACH or wire transfer are options.
Buy ETH
On exchange, find “Buy ETH” section. Use USD, specify how much. Confirm.
Withdraw/send to MetaMask
Copy your MetaMask public address. Use the exchange's “Send / Withdraw” with ETH → MetaMask. Set gas, confirm.
Safety check
Double check address, don’t rush. Use small test amount if first time.

Choose a reliable Indian exchange
